GENERAL HEALTH AND HEALTH EDUCATION
Good health comes from a plan of caring for yourself. Your body needs exercise,
appropriate types and amounts of food, relief from tension and stress, appropriate amounts
of sleep and exposure to new experiences. We encourage you to plan a lifestyle that
encompasses the principles of physical and emotional well-being. In this area, we provide

GYNECOLOGY
Our goal is to provide you with the most up-to-date medical and surgical techniques
available, as well as information to help you make sound decisions about your needs. We
offer treatment for the following disorders:

- premenstrual syndrome (PMS)

- urine control

- birth control counseling
- cervical cap fittings
