	BEVERLY E. DONNELLEY, M.D. Dr. Donnelley graduated from Medical School at the University of Kansas in 1978, and completed her Residency at the University of Kansas in 1982. She was Certified by the American Board of OB/GYN, and has been in practice since 1982.
	WARREN K. JAMES, M.D. Dr. James graduated from Medical School at the University of Mississippi in 1981, and served his Internship at the same school in 1982. He served his Residency at Tulane University in 1985. He is Certified by the American Board of OB/GYN, and has been in practice since 1985.
